My Thoughts On Bullying

I think that bullying is wrong and it shouldn't be done, but it is still excusable. A lot of people that are bullied or have been bullied feel that bullies act the way they do just because they're jerks, but that's not always the case. Most people who decide to bully other people are usually suffering from problems at home, school, and/or their environment and because of the frustration and hopelessness that they feel deep inside they decide to take it out on other people around them. I was a constant victim of bullying in middle school and even then I still feel no hate or resent towards bullying. I didn't even feel bad about having some kid drag me by my hair on his way home from school one time because he was probably dissatisfied with his life. Even though I sympathize with bullies, I think that the way they are and the way they conduct themselves is low. If someone is unsatisfied with something they should distract themselves with a pastime activity or talk to someone about it instead of taking it out on others.

My Favorite Movie

My favorite movie is Where the Wild Things Are because it is a movie that has the capability of making the audience attach themselves to it. The plot of the movie is one that many young people find themselves relating to in one way or another. It has enough beauty in emotion to excite the sensitive soul to tears. One of the major reasons that I like this movie is because it doesn't need any superheroes, natural disasters, or unreal worlds to pull you in. This movie is especially popular with young adults because it is the kind of story they can place themselves in. As cheesy and lame as it sounds, I'm somewhat of a sucker for movies with a nice feeling to them and this movie managed to create that nice feeling and more.
